Ya because all the assistants are better people and do not have any kids on the team.

Most assistants are there more for their own kids then head coaches are.

They get to be part of the staff and the head coaches do not want to piss off assistants so the assistants kids get good extra ice and more ice then some deserve.

Yet the head coach is the one who takes the **** for it from everyone else.
