my mom said the thing that helped her the most was grazing all day long- never gettign too hungry b.c that is when she felt lousy.
also try some good old gingerale if you can't stomach the idea of food.
i come from a big family too- hope you have a lot of fun!!
i don't have any symptoms yet. i am actually looking forward to them- i feel as if i will truly be pg then!!
