if you don't mind....what dose of stimulation medication were you on? It may be there is room to push up the dosage so you get more follicles.
I was on 300U of Pergonal in the am and 300U of Gonal F in the PM, with 20mg Lupron and only got 8 follicles (and 4 "poor quality" viable embies), despite the very high doses. If you were on a lowish dose, maybe ask your RE about whether increasing your FSH dosage might be an option for you.
