Either at home or at work. Frankly, I haven't worried too much about what I've eaten, I love to eat shrimp and crab. I have them about once a week, shrimp especially, and never had adverse effects. And I do warm up my sandwiches, since I don't like "cold cuts". I think that would satisfy both the elimination of listeria, and "warm" it up for you. And don't forget, it is autumn, and time to start eating yummy stews, casseroles, etc.
