Any of the announcers associated with any sports broadcast are just calling the game. Any personal opinions are as a rule to be left to their own post game conversations. That being said, we all have to remember that these guys are actually putting in the time and effort to do this. Anyone that thinks they can do a better job can quite easily set up a webcast. It's actually quite a trivial task to accomplish. The ability to call a game is another talent all together. You want a really good time...watch the Mann Cup 2004 DVD's that were produced by a Victoria Fan wherein they sling slanderous comments towards many of Peterborough's Players. At least all of these telecasts have sound.
Just thinking we should get off the announcer soap box and onto the Lakers Fan Bus.
