It starts at 5pm at City Hall, goes to the Mem Centre. Due to the Petes game tonight festivities will then move to the Wellness Centre on Brealey Drive where you can have pictures take with both the senior and junior Lakers and the Mann and Minto Cups!!! Peterborough is AWESOME!!!
