Hi Tracy,

I thoroughly enjoyed it yesterday it was brilliant, Benjiman was a superstar and it was just what we needed to get us going :0) and also the other lady in the group very kindly let me have a go at long reining her pony; I'm in the proces of backing my other horse so when I saw Julia attaching long reins like running reins I was like a hawk watching

Came away with some good tips and things to put into practice.
Many thanks for organising it

Here are a couple of pics from yesterday

Fantastic
Thanks for the feedback We are hoping to organise another in the new year and welcome any ideas to improve. One question - would you prefer a shorter time but with a one to one basis with Julia or remain in groups of Three.

Hi there

I took my boy too on Sunday and was in the group with Becky (Im the one sat weridly on the chestnut!) I enjoyed the lesson as well and was very pleased with my boy who has only been cut 8 weeks and very novice.

My only complaint/suggestion from the day would be that I would have liked a more one to one lesson with maybe 1 hour of solid work with 2 people. Having the 3 of us was ok but with them being inhand and us ridden it was a bit difficult to keep busy the whole time.

If there were just 2 ridden but maybe for just a solid hour then that would be ace happy.gif

But it was great and I learnt some new stuff and have lots to work on so that was brill. Thanks for organising happy.gif

Tracy

I would have liked a bit longer with Julia as Laura has said and think you'd be better to have groups of ridden and in-hand rather than mixing them although I did learn some new things by having the in-hand person in our group.

But keep up the good work and many thanks for organizing.

Becky
