I found this and signed up for the newsletters and have been receiving them for a week sor so. Most of what he has to say makes sense, some of it I have heard before. Yep, I haven't read the book, but this guy does say things that I believe. I started eating more actually and lost 32 lbs. The difference was I ate early, ate better, and ate more often. Eating less only works for a short time, then your body adjust and stops burning calories and fat.
