hi does anyone know of a cheap colon cleanse that makes you lose weight in stomach but makes your butt bigger i have a heavy top body and a pancake butt help!!

If you want a bigger butt do squats and lunges. To lose weight cardio is the key. WebMD says that jump rope is the best. I started jumping rope yesterday and it isn't as easy as it seems but walking isn't doing it for me any more and I have never been a runner.
