| Hey girls, I just HAD to post a message. I see somany ladys with the weight problem! I have tried many many things over the years (not that I'm overweight, but always struggling to lose those last five pounds) and now I've discovered the easiest way to do it. I bought an E-book Eat Stop Eat (you can google it) and the plan is, you fast for 24 hours once or twice a week. So for example your last meal is at 7 pm, and then you don't eat until 7 pm the next day. This way you get to eat everyday, but you don't have to think about food for 24 hours. You can eat pretty much everything, but try to keep eating healthy and normal the times you are allowed to eat.(and not make up for the hours you havent been eating) The book shows all the studies that its not unhealthy, in fact it is healthy in a lot of ways (it even produces growth hormone-thats what we need growing boobies!!)If youre interested you can read the whole book, I'm just giving you the short version (and the free one!) One thing though: You HAVE to weight-train 3 times a week to prevent muscle loss. I have lost the last pounds and it has been so easy! Well not the first time I fasted, it was hell, but it gets better every time. I'm less hungry when I fast now. Maybe you should give that a try!Good luck to you all!!! |

Well it seems like a fairly simple approach, not eating 1 or 2 days a week. No magical formula there. |
