Well, finally finished it...and none too soon. I retired from the Air Force and moved to Seattle a week later. I don't know if the museum has assembled the display yet, but the bottom photo is an idea of the general arrangement of the subjects, with A/R probes trailing from the stinger and wingtip pods (both of which were manufactured and cast from resin for the project), and minus the director's office carpet. The finished display will be posed over an aerial photo, depicting the three smaller ones in pre-contact position and mirrors an AF publicity photo from the late sixties, early seventies. Apologies for the less that awesome quality of the photos, I was somewhat pressed for time...
