i did heavy modification to my front braking system on my harley. i mounted a buell front wheel and i ran dual tokiko six piston calipers and rotors off a 2003 suzuki hayabusa. i hooked it all up last week along with my custom made goodridge brake lines. the problem is i have bled the brakes for four days straight. i am positive i have got all the air out of them, at least i think so. i no longer have any air coming out of the master cylinder or speed bleeders. if i pull back on the brake hande i get nothing. if i pump the brakes very fast they will half way work but as soon as i release the brake handle then there is nothing again. is it possible that a harley front master cylinder wont work with the dual six piston calipers. i tried both of harley's master cylinder's wich are the 9/16 and the 11/ 16 and neither one works but the 11/16 does pump up better . at this point i am lost. i looked a hayabusa master cylinder and the bore on it was 199 mm wich is almost the same as the harley 11/16. any advice or help would be appreciated. thanks
