to some, but you don't have to buy a new hub immediately. I ran a clutch hub with two posts broken for some years until a later steel hub came along at the right price.

But the problem is that the bolt through the broken post will always come undone eventually. You don't want to use red loctite as you'll probably destroy the bolt when you want to remove it. The best way is to drill the bolt heads (one side to the other) with a fine drill and after setting everything up wire-tie the four bolts together. You may have to renew the retainer plate which may now be bowed. The correct setting for the diaphragm spring is totally flat or slightly dished inwards (concave) by a maximum 0.010in.
