Black painted aftermarket cylinders can be touched up with?

Actually I'm thinking of painting the edges of my fins that came polished. Heat paint? What kind will do the job? I'm guessing that the cylinders are powder-coated. Just want to make sure that I don't ruin the finish that I have with two incompatable paints.
