teeth on the kicker gear are as new, I checked all bushings, nothing is loose or worn. The sound keeps going when the kicker is upright. When I shif into 1st gear, when the clutch is still engaged; I can't role backwards.
The kicker cover I got as the replacement is a Harley, but what I had was that POS from over seas. It's thin compared to the Harley cover. coluld that caues the spacing issues? Or might the arm that holds the kicker arm and the gear be a different length? Should I use the shaft I had before all these problems started? Thanks guys
