couldnt wait for the new parts to come in. I took John's advice and looked at the brake shoes. When the brakes were held tight together the spring appeared loose. I drilled a new hole stretching the spring good. Lo and behold the brakes didnt drag. These are all new parts (probably less than 400 mi on em). I'm not sure if the shoes are to blame or the spring. Now I got to get the brake bled. Hopefully without a hassle. Thanks for the help guys, Paul
