Ultima 6sp or HD 5sp?

I currently have a HD 5sp behind a 107" motor (thanks NickO) and have an option to get a rebuilt Ultima 6sp for cheap.

Seeing if this is worth the change or not. Can't afford Baker, Jims, or S&S so this is my option. Don't know if it's going to hold up in the long run or keep with the HD unit. I hear 2 different sides to Ultima and looking at opinions.
