That looks like a set of custom trees. If you wanted to 'be done with it' you would have to buy a complete front end that fits your frame. Otherwise you are gonna have to do some research to see if the fork tubes will fit stock trees. If so does the wheel fit a stock axle? Will the hub be too wide? How will the brakes line up? Do they need custom brackets?
I usually don't like sportsters, triumphs, or little bikes when they're dressed up as big twins, but I really dig the bike in the first picture. Why not sell it for $3500 and buy a bike for $800 that looks like the second picture minus a cool front end?
