Horsemenpercolating the gas out of the carb and flooding it.
Before shutting the engine down, turn the petcock to off and let the engine run for a bit. this will make some room in the float bowl for the gasoline to expand and not work it's way into the intake.
To see if this is your problem, if the bike won't start again, try no choke and full throttle. You will introduce big air into the combustion chambers. You'll already have big gas in there.
You will then have big VROOM VRROOM noises.
