installed a spare engine that sat for years. Oil pump wasn't happy.Took it apart and the bypass valve plunger was stuck. After I got it unstuck I discovered another one under the first one. Was this a trick to increase pressure or "assembly error"?
I put it together with just one and put one of those blue aftermarket springs in.
