have a nice old pair of "Pony Express" style saddlebags, like 10+yrs old, thick leather an hard as a rock,, any way to soften em up an maybe get em more flexible. flaps are curled out on sides. not a mech question but thought i'd throw it out here
do it till it hurts,,,then stop
