ignition coil testing

i am in the of testing my coil on my bench top; unwired,,,i have readings post to post,,,tower to tower there is nothing,am i through chaseing the worm out of my electrics???thanks much,,,

Yeah it's 5 ohm for points coils & 11,000 between the towers so try the 20K setting. .... on Jul 16, 2012, 9:53 AM
