iron horse

by (Login IVA37)
Horsemen

I had an indian in iron horse in the early 90's. Maybe 91 or 92. It was a red chief with a chrome leaf springer. I lost my copy and I would love to get one if you have it, or anybody else for that matter. Also had my buddys black pan in it.

This is the bike. They did a few pages on it.

Finally found one. Just moved this last summer, and everything is still a mess. I'm still looking for a second issue, if I find one, it's yours. I gotta leave for work tomorrow though. I travel a lot on my job.
I hear you about everything back then being a blur. Wish I could teleport back and do it again! Everything today is so goody-two shoes and boring.

F/S Gas Tank for '00 FLTRI (Fuel Injected)

by (Login SoCalRedNeck)
Horsemen

Another part from a rich guy who scraped his tank and just HAD to have new one. Take a look at the pics--two scuffs on the right-side front--not too bad but needs painting. I'm no expert, but I think it's restore-able. Otherwise, it's in pretty decent shape. They want crazy money from the factory and aftermarket companies for these. I'm selling it for $125 + $25 for shipping anywhere in the country. I take Paypal at the address link above. E-mail if interested or leave a response here. Located in Oceanside, CA. Thank you! Axle

DR650? what year? GS650? What year?
Without that information the odds of you getting the right carb body are very slim, even if it is off of a 650 Suzuki.
Think of if you asked for a 80 inch Harley carb body. Well, is that Flathead, Shovel or Evo? Is that Butterfly Keihn, Tillotson, CV Keihn, Zenith, Linkert?

CB900 DOHC

by Superglide Dave (Login mycods)
Horsemen

I have an '81 CB-900 for sale in Gastonia NC. The motor is locked up, but it does have a clear title. I had bought this as a project believing the seller that it only needed a coil. (I should have checked to see if the motor would turn over first) I completely tore the carbs down, soaked them in parts cleaner, and reassembled them, so the carbs are in great shape.
The tires are in great shape also, and have no dry rot. The chrome is in goood shape. I also have the plastic side covers, a nice seat, and a gas tank. (I will send pics of those if you want them)
The bike is factory, so it has all the factory stuff on it. It is only missing a battery and air filter (air box assembly is all there)
This bike has the "10 speed" transmission and shaft drive. Front dual disc and rear disc brakes.

$500 firm.

I can help with delivery depending on where you are

FS: Black 5 spoke rockstar mags 21" & 16"

by (Login hogleg_jay)
Horsemen

these are 5 spoke "rockstar"mag wheels from hardcore products. front is a 21" and rear is 16" they were 1400 new.

the front is 21x2.15 and rear is 16x3.5

http://www.hardcoreproduct.com/wheel.html click here for details...

these were used on a 2005 superglide for 1 year before the bike was traded for a dresser. cant use them on a dresser so they have to go!

tjhese should fit any modern evo harley davidson superglide, lowrider, softtail and sportster or custom chopper or bobber.

they will directly bolt on narrow glide front end and will fit mid and wide glide with spacers...
they are powder coated black and in excellent shape. i have original boxes and packing materials

they were bought new and they cost 1400.00. have receipt for warranty.

first 800.00 OBO gets a heck of a deal on these wheels.

please no spam or email gathering emails, please indicate what bike your emailing about to get my response.

For helping out your friend in a time of need. I too am fighting Stage 4 (lung) cancer and I can assure you that you are appreciated by your buddy. Good friendship is STRONG medicine! Good luck to him and his family, to you and yours, and in selling the scooter.

I thank you for your support and am very sorry to hear you are going through the same thing as he is. He is more like a Brother to me so I will do what ever it takes to help him anyway I can. He will be leaving behind a son and wife. I know it won't be long now for him because he is at the point he can not control his bowels and is getting very very upset with himself. I know for the years I have known him he would do anything for anyone that was or is in need. I hope you have friends like him. I know that he still trie to help others and put himself aside. I love him for that but I also think he is a bone head for that too!
