P-47 Razorback "Eileen"

This is Tamiya's 1/48 scale P-47D Razorback in the markings of Lt. Frank Oiler's "Eileen" (74th FS). The nose art is a home made decal based on photographs from Littlefriends.com and Garry Fry's book "Eagles of Duxford". Although the nose art on the razorback "Eileen" shares similarities with that on the more familiar bubbletop "Eileen", there were enough differences to warrant making a new decal.
