the peashooter was a few firsts for me:
first attempt to rig using wire (pretty much first rigging attempt as well)
first time using future for a gloss finish (not just as decal undercoat) - a little scary puddling the stuff on, but it all evened out nicely. there are probably 3 airbrush coats and another 3 hand-brushed coats of future on there
the prop is covered with aluminum foil, applied with some spray adhesive from 3M in a can
also those patterns on the front of the spats were a real pain - probably 1/2 decal, 1/2 paint by the time they were finished.
unfortunately, the rigging, rudder, and antenna wire were recently damaged during a display case 'incident' - repairs to be made soon
