Response to Site posting Problems getting worse - Need some help

Hi Pete. Please don't take offense if I am stating the obvious here I don't know your level of computer knowledge. I'm not an expert but I believe your issues may be attributed to one of many issues on your computer (security, disk space, other settings-who knows!). Rather than give a mile long list of possibilities let's try a simple workaround.

First if you want to write something on HS (like I am doing now) try writing your thoughts in word or notepad etc. Once you have that done just cut and paste those words into the "Message Text" area of the message. To do this just left click on your mouse at the end of the message and drag it over your message until it is all highlighted (a different color) then let go of the left click button on your mouse (message should still be highlighted) next, right click and select "Copy". Go into the "Message Text" area, right click and select "Paste".

I add my photobucket pictures before I make a message. Once I have them saved I just search for them and add them, then you can paste your message and click 'Submit response". BE SURE that you are not loading HUGE size pictures (over 1Meg)! Resize them to 200Kb or so, that will plenty of high resolution for this site. You will have to google how to do that but that may be part of the timeout issue you are having since it is taking thesite a while to load the picture and finally gives up! Just a thought.

It seems clunky, yes, but it may help you at least post quicker and get the word out before you "time out"

That's all hope this might help.
