Currently underway is a civilian conversion of the old Revell

Swift Boat back into a 50' crewboat like those used in the Gulf of Mexico (& most other offshore oil fields).
I had to scratchbuild a complete interior for since there wasn't one in the original kit.
Major surgery was done to the cabin and wheel house to get rid of the gun tub and I removed the gun mount and ammo locker on the back deck.
New exhausts were made and raw cooling water ports have been added to the sides.
Everything on top of the cabin and wheel house is scratch built or recycled kit parts.
New engine bay covers were made from "diamond plate" sheet plastic and there's more to come on the back deck.
