Currently wrestling the canopy!

I did plan on using the kit decals but, yes, the color is off and nobody makes a sheet of red letters outside of some 1/72 USAF style by Pacific Aero Press/ Scale-Master and they are just too small. I have a F4U-5N with VMF(N)-513 markings that I think might work. If not I may just mask them out. Who did you have do the custom decals...they may still have the art work?
