1/72 Hobbycraft Beech 18 / C-45

This Hobbycraft kit is simple and assembles well, it's not overly detailed and the nose and windscreen seem to be a bit out of profile, but not enough to make me not want to build it.

Here's where it is now:


I've scratch-built simple wheel bays with fictional detail to avoid gaping holes into the engine nacelles


I added seat harnesses made of masking tape to help detail the seats


I'm not sure if you'll be able to see any of these details after the glass is in place, but I went ahead and did them up just in case.

The decals that come with the kit are useless so I'm hoping to find some at Scalefest next weekend.
