I'm in the decaling stage for a couple of Monogram P-47s. The bubbletop is a "Young Modelers Club" release from many moons ago while the razorback is fairly recent. It is amazing how different two kits of an almost identical release can be given the time between release.

I would have suspected the oldest to be better but suprisingly the razorback fit the best and the plastic seems better quality. There was a lot of flash on the older kits.

Building one with Gabreski's markings and the other Raid Hot Mama! I'll post the completed kits when done.

This was the first time I've built two at once and I think I might try this again with some other kits in the stash. I might build more this way, as it give me something to tag team while the other one is drying.
