New Navy...

Here's my youngest, a 1/48 Monogram F-14, finished just a few weeks ago. It's a model of an F-14 "lawn ornament" we photographed several years ago on the grounds at Norfolk Naval Base. I bought this kit on that same trip so I thought it was a fitting scheme for it. The kit cost me four bucks (on the bargain table at Denbeigh Hobby Shop) because it had already been started. Decals donated by a Hasegawa kit:
