Rich from Mich: guide kit & trigger insert JM Heavy tar & moly. IMO stock spring & seal are good enough! Hurry with the guide kit, unless Rich made up a few ahead of time for the stock spring, you may have to wait 4-6 weeks as he is going under the knife.
