I think the Gamo and Quest share the same parts. Looks to be the same power plant and barrel configuration. And I don't think that particular Gamo is made in Spain or the US, it is outsourced somewhere I believe.
I have also had bad luck with synthetic stock having one shatter in my hands.
Since they share the same parts and the Quest comes with a scope and is about $50.00 cheaper I would stick with the Quest.
I am having a full barrel shroud, and tune done on mine which should make it more consistent and quieter than a BB gun.
