I think Richard's tune kits come with 3 lubes. You probable want to get a piston seal. They get cut up some from the factory installing them. The cocking roller and shoe seems to help also. I just did a tune on a shadow and installed his trigger insert. It turns a barely usable trigger in to something very nice. It will probable take just as long to work on the trigger as the gun itself but its well worth it. I used some 220 wetdry, very small file, and 3 stones on the trigger.
If you have any trouble compressing the main spring a 24" clamp may help. While your at the hardware store get a 3/4" hardwood dowel , gloves, shop paper towels, very small paint brush, and some brake cleaner or acetone.
Thats about all I can think of for now.
O ya geterdone.
