I have this thing for about a week now and absolutely love it. shoots smooth and has more punch than its sister Shadow 1000.

Got it used and came with a GTX trig for a great price, only thing wrong wit it was a faulty loading block which is fixed with help from Rich.

Im still a newbie, only 2 years shooting S-1K, but read a lot on CFX and i just GOT to have it due to the accuracy appeal. Loading was hard in the beginning and i did reverse a few pellets eventho i read about the problem from numerous posts and reviews. so this post is to share what i learned to make life easier.

So, instead of turning the block fully left, i only turn it about 2/3 of the way to intentionally mis-align the groove and bore. Then place the pellet on the groove. if it flips, it's still outside and reversible. If it's rightly positioned, i completely turn the block left, then i gently push the pellet in with my index finger's nail. see pic.

bottom pic is my best grouping so far with RWS superdome, roughly .8in c-t-c, it's 3/8in off the bull's eye, guess i need 5 clicks left.
