I love airguns because Im 17, and I cant legally own a firearm yet (next year, he he) but I can take one into the woods alone to hunt and target practice, but thats not something that would make me want to shoot firearms. I can shoot an airgun wherever I want, I can shoot in my basement, in my backyard, in my garage, out my window, in the woods, heck, where you can shoot is only limited by the local laws and your imagination.
Airguns arent like firearms, they arent as expensive in the long run for one thing, and they can be made far more accurate than even the most accurate firearms. Well, Im sure that there are some specially made guns that can put a bullet in one hole out to 100 yards easily, but thats not my point.
An airgun is something the whole family can enjoy, you can get your wife to shoot it, girlfriend, or even your 10 year old son, and it teaches them safety and marksmanship without using an actual firearm.
I love it when my girlfriend shoots airguns with me, I even bought her a QB-78 that she loves, and its always a blast when I see her put 6 out of 10 shots in one hole at 15 yards.
Airguns are more than just a thing you did when you were growing up, theyre a way to meet people, make friends, have fun, and most of all, do what you love to do. Also a way to blow extra cash on your addiction, against the wifes will. lol.
