You may or may not know that the Dynamax/BSA magazines are a bit fussy, the mag on my 22 dynamax had pretty much given me probmlems from the start well it broke during a benchrest match so I sent it to Gamo for repair or replacement last September the darn thing got lost in transit and since I failed to get any type tracking info I was sure I was s.o.l. but by some stroke of good luck it showed up at Gamo USA the first part of this month so Gamo sent me a new one bad thing is I had moved and the mag was sent to my old address 30 miles away from where I live now, I tried to contact the current resident of my old house without any success I sent Gamo's customer service an email this morning stating this and I recieved an email not more then 10 minutes later telling me they were going to send me a new one today now talk about great service I am very impressed with them.
two big fat thumbs up Gamo.
