One or two clicks to the right and then two clicks up so you don't wreck the aim point. Wish I had 30 yards to shoot, gotta get out of Miami for a coupla days.
Today, I started shooting with my bird finger instead of the normal trigger finger. I have never shot that way any of my life. I like it. It is a longer finger, the pull is straight back and it doesn't seem to twitch the forearm as much. I lay my trigger finger down the side of the stock pointing at the target.
As much as I like Kodiaks, I believe that the FTS shoots a little better.
So far through my CFX, I would rate the pellets in this order. Beeman FTS, Beeman Kodiak, RWS Superdome and the rest that I have tried (Gamo Masterpoint, Gamo Hunter, Gamo Match, Crosman CPH, Crosman Match) as a no show in this CFX.
After the wind went away this evening, I started stacking the FTS. Almost as good with the Kodiaks. I took some of the stacked pellets out of my backstop. Pretty neat, they look like plates in the kitchen cabinet.
Yes, get out of town for a while. You need to extend the range of your Exacts. I haven't gotten my hands on any Exacts yet to try.
