1) How do I remove the seal in the compression chamber?

2) (Mainly for Rich) Where can I get a new seal, both compression chamber and barrel?

Reason for change is that I apparently had minor dieseling happening for quite a while. The seal has burnt edges and is blackend. How could this have happend when its never been lubed or dry fired? I only shoot Crosman pointed pellets. Thanks,

After you remove the piston the seal just prys off, it is held on by a tapered dovetail stub on the piston, putting on a new seal it is easier to install a new seal if you warm it up with a hair dryer before putting it on.
