Any pros and cons for the Gamo Big Cat, Shadow, or Realtree Hunter?

just the skin is a bit different. If I was going to buy a GAMO I would find a Hunter 440, the one all metal and wood gun. I also liked the Maxima I had that one was all metal as well. All Gamo's usually shoulder well.

But these new models with plastic barrel shrouds, and plastic barrel assembly that is rotating around a steel cross pin bolt holding the barrel, that whole idea makes me wonder if these guns will last. They are lighter for sure but most likely won't last. Out of the plastic new once I liked the Whisper best, just very cool looking, the stock scope is not good at all and needs to be changed.

But if i had to pick which one to take, the Shadow, BigCat, and Whisper I would take the Whisper. If I had to choose between the Shadow and BigCat I would probaly take the Cat.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm not a fan of the plastic fluting either. I've seen of good deals on the forums, so I was thinking about it.

Or for $100 more the Hunter Elite package, that BSA mildot scope is good.
