I would hate like hell to see someone prosecuted and go to jail for 7-10 years for a air rifle they bought over the counter at a well known sporting goods store.
But I also took notice where the post quickly went south knocking people places and things that should not have been brought into that post.
I am truly sorry that was not my intention!!

Maybe a sort of neutral post that simply warns potential Michigan buyers to check the new regs if contemplating this or that style air gun? I could see it saving a lot of $$$ and legal trauma. Wonder if the dealers are going to treat Michigan like New Jersey in this regard? That would simplify new sales, although you would have to know if selling privately on the classifieds. Maybe a sticky if this thing firms up?
