      I RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING EMAIL:
The lady said: My neighbor moved & left his dog, he looks like a Catahoula or a Catahoula Mix & he is slowly starving to death. Its been weeks now, he comes to my front porch and eats the cats food & wants to play with my dogs. The dog has some kind of growth hanging from his chest, if I call the pound, he will be put to sleep I hear because they are overcrowded. But he is getting so thin because he is not getting enough food to eat. He will soon be better off dead. I am writng to you before I call the pound which will mean his death. I live in Citrus County, FL. PLEASE HELP HIM, he is sweet & friendly & likes my dogs.
