Thanks for the kind words about the meet. I'm glad you all had a good time! I wish I could take all the credit but this meet happened with a ton of help from a lot of folks! Gerry, Pat, and Debbie did a wonderful job coordinating judges, testing, practicums, etc. The St. Amant parents and lifters continue to take powerlifting to the next level. Although it is hard to coach, travel, and run a program with 50-60 lifters, it is always rewarding to see them give back to the sport by helping and lifting at these open meets. Todd Earnest, Charles Possa, Jorden Beary, and Lindsey Keller did a great job helping me set-up, run, and pick-up the meet! And as always Special thanks to my wife Joel and sons Austin, Stephen, and Ashton for being so understanding! This weekend will make the 4th weekend in a row that I spend with the St. Amant Powerlifting team at the East Regionals. I know that I see my team more than my family for these few weeks (but soon will start back up with their three soccer teams and the balance will shift to them).
