Well i was a substitute teacher this and my dad is the head coach of the buckeye high school powerlifting team and i was his "assistant" and the way they payed me was (and this is how they pay all the coaches that sponsor extra activities football track soccer cheerleading) they give you anywhere between 3-7% of your teachers salary. i got like 5% of a beging teachers salary which was like 650 or around there. email my dad he knows the exact numbers.
but i agree with paul. its all about running a program and passing it on to the kids that determines what you get "paid".
