a reliable webserver is now allowing us to post the entry/release forms online for everyone's pleasure. Brewer may not have it posted on his site, but if you visit Brew's site at http://2003tigeropen.bravepages.com and click on either one of the links to the LSU Powerlifting website or the Bayou Fitness site, within those sites you'll see functional links to the entry form (doc file).
