Attached you will find an Entry Form for the 2004 USAPL Louisiana State Powerlifting Championships (on Microsoft Word). The entry form includes directions and hotel information. We will use some of the same equipment and technology that has been used at our National Meets (Combo Squat/Bench Rack, Bar Load Program via In-Focus Projector, Lift-by-Lift results on excel spread sheet via Infocus Projector, Lifting order on Overhead Projector, National Judges on hand for American Records, certified scale and plates, Warm-Up Room with 4 Warm-Up Stations, etc.)
This event is scheduled for Saturday, January 17 (will break meet into two days if we go over 50 lifters). Lifters will be contacted after the post-mark deadline to confirm the lifting roster and dates. The Youth Division will be offered and I have a 35 lb barbell or fixed barbells that fit our racks and go down to 15 lbs. I also have the 5 lb training plates that can be used to help in the deadlift in case the youth lifter doesn't open or lift 135 lbs. yet.
