1. Entry Forms: Must be post-marked by Friday, June 11. If you have any extenuating circumstances (trying to hit a last minute qualifier) I need to know. If not, your entry may not be accepted. Once the Sessions max at two flights per session there will be no late entries accepted.
2. Hotel Reservations: The deadline to get the Special Rate is Thursday, June 10, 2004. After that date the rates will go back to normal and you will not be able to book your rooms on-line using the promotion code. There are now over 240 room nights reserved in the Hotel for this event. I will be adding my judges' rooms this week (this will add another 40 room nights). I anticipate this hotel selling out sometime in mid June. If this happens I will book a spillover hotel, if needed. I will do my best to get the lowest rates possible, if this happens. Please do not wait until July to book your rooms-- there will probably be none available by July.
