Winner-Take-All: 3 event Strong Man Saturday, October 16

Needed.......5 or more competitors for a 3 event Strong man competition this weekend. The new owner of Antioch Shopping Center in Baton Rouge (where Bayou Fitness is located) has a huge Grand Opening planned for this weekend. he has asked me to see if I can pull off some sort of out door event. So here goes........

Each participant will put up $25.00 (no t-shirts, no trophies) winner will take all of the cash AND will get a Free Entry into the Fall Classic/University Cup (or the next event that I host, including a national event).

Registration/Weigh-In:
9:30am-10:30am on Saturday morning at Bayou Fitness
(7126 Antioch Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70817)

Event #1: 8 lb Medicine Ball Throw
* throw must be done with two hands
* must be a "Reverse Throw"- back facing the field
* each competitor will get three throws

Event #2: Truck Pull
* I am trying to get a Fire Truck (will know toady)
* We will use a large Ship Rope
* fastet time to pull 15 yards will win
* each competitor will get one pull

Event #3: Deadlift
* regular deadlift
* will be done on a tractor trailer platform
* each person will get three attempts
* you can change your last attempt two times
* Wilkes formula will dtermone the winner

We will add your placing in each event then divide it by three. The person with the highest average placing will be declared the over all winner...........and take all the cash.
