Colt..represented the BRCC (insert mascot name here) well with a slight PR in the squat, an equal pr in the bench and dammit as far as I'm concerned, a PR in the deadlift! Well there was a little down ward movement, but I think it was locked out aok. good job upping the total.
Jesse the belle of the mardi gras ball...big PR squat (up 36 pounds), rough day on bench (too many damn happy meals), finished the day with another PR in the deads! coming after Travis I think is the plan...
Bizette...2nd squat was pr..then nailed the third and got /reds/??? no one cept the judges understood this one,but thats the way it goes...he goes home having pushed up 600, reds or whites...held pr 402 bench on chest for about..oh...say....around...25 seconds, before pushing it up,but the bauble after the pause cost the whites. Locked out 501 to the judges' liking for a pr total..nice to be fat and happy!

That was Nicholls and LSU ladies and lifters working the meet this weekend folks, these young'ns work hard in and out of the classroom to be powerlifters, and we're all lucky to have em.
