105 Lauren... pr squat, bench (!!), dead and total great job; 1st place
114 AshMath...pr squat, then some other stuff happened. rough day with sickness, much better days to come; 1st place
123 Nat "death squad" Woods...good day, sights are set for someone small from up north; 2nd place
132 Avi...good day, set us up for a better one in April, 5th place
132 Ciji..pushed great! damn judges. still kinks to work out (great day considering she lost 10 pounds/hasnt recovered from wisdom tooth surgery); 4th place
132 Jenna.. great day, pr squat, bench, coulda pulled better, but total is up 70 lbs or so. 2nd place
148 Angelle..robbed on 3rd squat, pushed up best bp possible, had rough dls, considering it was 1130 at night; 1st place
148 AshMillet...pr bench, nice looking squats once the tempo set in, again pulling at 1130 at night has its drawbacks; 2nd place
165 Keshia "the Late One"...pr squat, rough bp's, pr dead, good total in the first real try on f*$&cked up knee. 2nd place
165 no comment. no punishment or words needed. Wont happen again I know. Pr squat was awesome.
181 Lacy "light in the ass" Picou..8/9 day, back to fighting shape. 1st place
181 ADup...confidence, confidence, strong and secure (com'on sing damn you you know the tune); pretty good darn day. goofed DL1 led to subpar total, but good lifting all around. 1st place
198 Kelly K-Swole...awesome pr squat, nice try at bigger pr 3rd, robbed on benches (no really, watch the vids of the others'), slight pr on dead. 1st place
198 Leigh "LawDawg"...pr squat, bench, dead, total, first time to hit 400 bookends. great job, Eskimo! 1st
SHW Britt "dammit i wanted the gold one"...super job pushing up missed 3rd squat, missgroved benches, then pulled huge pr going after the first place! Very disapointing to lose this one; shell do better next time.

Great job from all the ladies! And a special thanks to all the guys who came to help out!! Darren C, Trav Halphen, Torey, Daniel Credeur, Jesse H, Colt, and Exxon. They all did a great job, and their help was definately needed! Thanks fellas.

Coach Arval Bridges was invaluable in helping these lifters acheive great totals and new pr's.

See all of you at practice!

Jon Magendie
